Literacy New York (LNY) provides training and technical assistance to a diverse network of volunteer-based literacy organizations and supports their capacity to be well-managed, well-governed and to provide quality instruction.
The LNY network offers one-to-one tutoring, small group instruction and distance training/instruction in Basic Literacy, English Language Learning, Math, Workplace and other Basic Skills. LNY works with the network to expand the scope and reach of volunteers in education in over 55 NY State counties.
